If you’ve been going non-stop, finding it hard to take time for yourself, this class is for you! Join us for a brief Restorative practice and feel the stress melt away. Restorative yoga creates a relaxation response that resets the nervous system and helps cortisol (or stress hormone) levels drop. This class is a sample of what you would experience in Restorative Reiki Yoga, which is a weekly class at Blockhouse Yoga (offered both in-person and online).
