Today’s Yoga Break is the Child’s Pose (Sanskrit: balasana). This is a kneeling pose that provides release for the lower back, hips, and thighs. It can also help alleviate stress, fatigue, and anxiety. If you suffer from sciatic nerve pain, which is pain starting from the lower vertebrae and running down through the buttocks, hips, or one or both sides of leg, the Child’s Pose would also be a good pose for you to try.

Where I do yoga on zoom this helps me so much, as I was having a hard time to do child pose.. And my physio would like me to do it for my back.
