For our April video series we’ll be focusing on Pranayama and the essence and benefits harnessing Prana (life force) through breath.
Alternate Nostril Breathing (or Nodi Shodhana, in Sanskrit)
This breath awakens and enlivens the opposite sides of the brain. It lowers stress and improves cardiovascular and lung function, it lowers the heart rate as well and promotes an overall state of well-being.
