Here’s just a taste of Alex’s Yin Yoga experience as she leads Tracy in a relaxing sample of postures focusing on opening and exploring the connective tissues of the hips, groin, low back and upper thighs. Alex teaches this class every Sunday at 11 am. A wonderful way to rebalance, rejuvenate and calm the senses.
