Loving Kindness Meditation

Join us as Tracy leads a Loving Kindness meditation. Practicing kindness is one of the most direct routes to happiness. We all have a natural capacity for kindness, but life gets busy and sometimes we forget to nurture and express this capacity, both for ourselves and others. Taking responsibility for our own happiness has a ripple effect, and only takes 10 minutes.
