I am a Master Level Certified Reiki Practitioner and offer individual reiki treatments. Reiki is a hands-on healing technique originating in Japan. Reiki, pronounced “ray-key,” means universal life force.
Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki helps our own healing systems work to their full potential. It is deeply relaxing, calming and balances the energy centres (chakras) of the body. It helps in the healing of injuries, detoxifies and aids in recovery from emotional trauma. I may use stones and crystals, sound (my voice as well as singing bowls and other instruments), and essential oils to assist me in these sessions.
