Great Results

I was so happy to be able to do yoga online with Alex over the last year due to covid. I live in Ontario and have been able to keep up with my practice and I’m so happy to feel the great results from my classes with her. My favourite class is the chair yoga, but I’ve also have great results with the Thursday class too. Both offer a deep stretch and relaxation. At any rate, I would definitely recommend all the classes at Blockhouse Yoga! ~SN
